Dave signed his name along with the following inscriptions:'73 National Champs,'73 Consensus All-American,'73 Offensive MVP, CHOF 2012. These helmets are difficult to find. Helmet is signed boldly and clearly in blue felt tip pen. Item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from James Midwest Sports Buffet.
